Virginia Is A Constitutional State

There has not been such a heated argument about a Carry Law , then the state of Virginia had when their Virginia Attorney General said they would drop 25 states from their reciprocity list.  The Govenor of Virginia received many complaints about this.  He also received a lot of  calls from individuals and companies that said they would cancel their reservations for individual and company trips to Virginia.  That gave the Govenor of Virginia enough ammunition to change the law in Virginia that now allows citizens who have no felenoy charges, to carry a handgun without a Carry License or Carry Permit.  This is called Constitutional Carry.  However, anyone who carries in Virginia still needs to know the laws and regulations in Virginia, when  they carry there.
