The first recorded shooting by a Wisconsin CCW Holder took place at the Aldi store, and involved an armed robber.  This store has a sign posted saying that weapons are prohibited. 

The incident took place on January 30, 2012 around 7 p.m..  The armed shopper took action against the alleged robber when he felt the clerk was in danger from the shotgun held by the alleged robber.  The alleged robber and the shooter, were arrested at the scene.
